Location: Gondal, Gujarat
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per Month (based on experience & skills)
Experience Required: 4–5 years in Civil construction, preferably in Infrastructure Projects (Roads & Bridges).

Fluent in Gujarati (written & spoken) – Must for site communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site construction activities to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure implementation as per design and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain daily project reports, site records, and material consumption logs.
• Assist in preparing estimates, BOQs, and resource planning for site activities.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on progress updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Monitor and verify site measurements and work progress for contractor billing purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in infrastructure/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
• Good understanding of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and other engineering tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and resolve on-site technical challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at the Gondal project site full-time.
