Job Descriptions:
1. Good Knowledge and better understanding the design and drawings of structure2. Should have good knowledge of BBS, Estimation, level’s and Billing work3. Maintain Quality Control work and should have good material management skill4. Maintain Material Record and Reconciliation timely5. Update Daily Progress Report to the management and client6. Good Skill to Handle site staff, manpower for getting maximum output from them7. Utilise machinery to get maximum output as per targeted schedule8. Deal with clients, PMC for better & smooth execution9. Assess potential risks, materials and costs10. Should have good knowledge of material requirement and their usage11. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver12. Good knowledge of technical files and other technical documentation as required
