Job Title: Civil Engineer – Residential Project Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3–7 years (flexible based on project needs) Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and manage a residential construction project in Indore . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, designing, and executing residential building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all stages of residential construction, from site preparation to project handover Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Monitor on-site progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure safety standards are followed Manage documentation, reports, and project records Liaise with local authorities for permits and approvals Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) Proven experience in residential construction (villas, apartments, or housing complexes) Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work on-site full time in Indore Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,431.33 - ₹30,131.47 per month Work Location: In person
