Civil Engineer Finishing Line Male (Luxury Project)

A Civil Engineer specializing in the finishing stages of a luxury project is responsible for overseeing all interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring they meet the highest quality and aesthetic standards specified by the client and architects. Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution and Supervision: Manage and supervise all finishing activities on site, including masonry, tiling (flooring, marble, stone cladding), painting, false ceilings, joinery, and facade works.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all materials and workmanship meet the exacting standards of a luxury project and comply with specifications and building codes.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary liaison between architects, interior designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and resolve any on-site technical issues or design conflicts.
• Material Management: Verify the quality, quantity, and proper storage of all incoming finishing materials, ensuring they match approved samples and specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, maintain quality records, manage snag lists, and ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Budget and Schedule Monitoring: Monitor project timelines and budgets for all finishing activities, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and standards on the construction site.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience: Proven experience in construction, specifically in managing high-end residential or commercial finishing and interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, BIM tools).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, finishing specifications, and BoQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Knowledge of various finishing materials, their quality parameters, and installation methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
