Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Engineer with strong site supervision skills to manage daily construction activities and ensure quality execution for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site work and ensure progress as per schedule Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards Prepare/check drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, labour teams, and management Maintain site safety and compliance at all times Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works Resolve site-level technical issues and provide solutions Requirements B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering 2–5 years of site experience (real estate experience preferred) Strong knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and supervision Ability to read and interpret drawings Good communication and reporting skills Ready to handle on-site tasks independently 📩 How to Apply: Share your resume at monisha@crystalhomescrop.com or WhatsApp your details to 7358114937
