Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, and quality control of our real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for technical supervision, site execution, and coordination with design and project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications Monitor and manage site execution as per design and timelines Ensure quality control and compliance with standards and codes Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation Assist in cost estimation, BOQs, and material reconciliation Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Relevant experience in real estate or building construction Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools Strong understanding of construction methods and site safety Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
