Civil Engineer

We are seeking a competent and experienced Civil Engineer to join our on-site project team at Arihant Legacy, a premium residential high-rise development. The candidate will assist the Project Manager in execution of all Civil and MEP works as per architectural and structural drawings, ensure quality control, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site execution for civil and MEP works • Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately • Ensure timely execution as per work schedules and project timelines • Conduct material quantity estimations and ensure optimal resource usage • Inspect and monitor quality of construction works • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants • Maintain site reports, checklists, and update progress on a regular basis • Ensure adherence to safety and construction standards at all times • Facilitate smooth communication between site team and management Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential high-rise construction • B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory • Strong understanding of construction practices, site supervision, and MEP coordination • Ability to independently assess quantities, check workmanship, and manage timelines • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools preferred ⸻ What We Offer: • Opportunity to work with a reputed real estate brand in Jaipur • Exposure to end-to-end construction lifecycle • Professional growth and responsibility in a dynamic work environment
