Civil Engineer

As a Civil Site Engineer with over 3 years of experience in managing on-site construction activities, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations and construction activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Your coordination skills will be crucial as you interact with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project management teams. Monitoring labor, materials, and equipment at the site to ensure efficient resource utilization will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, maintaining site records, conducting regular site inspections, and resolving site issues while providing technical guidance to the workforce will also be your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities. - Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project management teams. - Monitor labor, materials, and equipment at the site to ensure efficient resource utilization. - Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and site photos. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. - Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the workforce. - Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients and higher management. Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects. - Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings. - Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site safety practices. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. - Strong communication and team coordination skills.
