Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Contractor at AADARSHA DESIGNERS & CONSTRUCTORS, located in Cuttack. The Civil Contractor will be responsible for overseeing and managing small to medium-scale construction work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing labor, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, procuring materials, and maintaining project documentation. Additionally, the Civil Contractor will need to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Project Management, Planning and Scheduling, and Budgeting
  • Knowledge of Construction Techniques, Safety Standards, and Quality Control
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in managing construction projects is highly desirable
