City Lead (Sales & Operation)

City Lead - Sales & Operations - 3-Wheeler Business Unit

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Operations Leader to set up a new business from scratch. As the City Lead, the individual will be responsible to set up the city team from scratch, and manage a large team as the business scales, with an opportunity to grow into a central leadership role. The core responsibilities of the individual will be to build distribution, own the entire sales cycle, manage collections, repossession & redeployment, customer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do:

• Distribution Network Development :

  Building an exhaustive distribution network of dealers, sub-dealers, DCO influencers and other EBIs (external business influencers), and managing the relationship and entire lead funnel.

• Sales Cycle Ownership :

  Own the entire lifecycle of Sales, from generating leads to disbursement, while managing an efficient sales funnel.

• Collections Management :

  Ensuring customer payments are always on track with the support of central and city teams.

• Repossession and Redeployment :

  In case of customer defaults, ensuring the vehicles are repossessed and redeployed at the earliest.

• NPS Management :

  Ensuring the best possible experience for customers and channel partners.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from a reputed university, MBA is a plus (not mandatory)
• Work experience of 5+ years, across sales, distributor management functions in the automotive industry. Exposure to BFSI is preferred.
• Prior team handling experience is a mandatory requirement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior work experience/ Native of Lucknow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
