Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a State Head Direct Sales Team – Gold Loans. The State Head will be responsible for managing the direct sales team, driving gold loan sales, generating leads, and developing business strategies. Daily tasks will include overseeing sales operations, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

  • Team Management and Sales Management skills
  • Expertise in Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
