Job Description

As a skilled professional with experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) or Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE), and Verint recording, you will be responsible for the following: - Possessing good experience in CUCM, CUIC, CVP, UCCE/PCCE Contact center, and Telephony solutions. - Demonstrating expertise in Acqueon Outbound Solution. - Having in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting Cisco Telephony and UCCE/PCCE Contact Center Solutions. - Proficiency in Gateway configurations, Networking, Linux & Windows OS. - Familiarity with recording solutions, preferably Calabrio AQM. - Experience in troubleshooting Finesse, PGs. - Ability in ICM / UCCE scripting utilizing Script Editor. - Understanding UCCE Database Schema and executing queries against the databases. - Good knowledge of Verint Recording solution. - Hands-on experience in Incident & Change management processes. - Understanding of ITIL processes. - Collaborating with OEM for escalated cases. - Being a good team player and providing periodic knowledge transfer to teams. - Possessing good verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.,
