As a Circle O&M Head at Altius, you will play a crucial role in leading the Operations & Maintenance function in Odisha Circle. Your responsibilities include driving effective processes to meet performance standards, monitoring O&M performance, leading new initiatives for efficiencies, and ensuring safety at work sites. Your key job responsibilities will involve O&M planning, infrastructure & vendor management, safety procedures, customer satisfaction, budget creation & review, and people management & development. Key Job Responsibilities: - Assist in developing the annual operating plan and translate targets into action plans - Monitor key circle performance metrics and mitigate risks to business - Oversee adherence to site infrastructure maintenance schedule and manage strategic vendors - Ensure safety at work sites and implement HSE policies and procedures - Manage vendor performance to facilitate smooth business routine and ensure customer approvals for key metrics - Create and monitor annual O&M budget estimates, identify deviations, and drive initiatives to reduce energy consumption - Allocate responsibilities, supervise performance, resolve grievances, and provide guidance to direct reports - Monitor team attrition, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure timely completion of performance appraisals Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.
