🎯 Key Responsibilities


  • Work on MIS reporting and data management using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Handle client interactions professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Learn and operate the company’s proprietary software for CRM and operations.
  • Train other team members and end-users on the use of the software after internal training.
  • Support CRM workflows, data entry, and reporting tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics.


🎓 Qualifications
  • B.Tech / MCA from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client handling, MIS, or CRM-related roles.


💡 Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with a client-focused approach.
  • Technically sound and quick learner of new software tools.
  • Ability to train others and explain technical concepts clearly.
