Chips Plant- Manager - Security

§ Develop and implement security standards, policies, protocols, and procedures.

§ Control budgets for security operations, Housekeeping, Hired Vehicles, Horticulture and monitor expenses.

§ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.

§ Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.

§ Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches incl. review of reports on incidents.

§ Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.

§ Plan and implement the overall Security strategy / Plans.

§ Identify process bottleneck, suggest, and implement solutions in a timely manner for process improvements.

§ Monitor & ensure organizational compliance with internal regulations, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.

§ Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
