Responsibilities:

1. Menu Execution: Prepare and cook a diverse range of Chinese dishes in accordance with the Happy Eats menu, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

2. Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee the safety of our customers. Follow proper sanitation practices and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

3. Recipe Innovation: Collaborate with the culinary team to contribute ideas for menu development and innovation, bringing creativity and a deep understanding of Chinese cuisine.

4. Order Management: Efficiently manage ingredient inventory, track expiration dates, and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely and accurate ingredient replenishment.

5. Quality Control: Monitor food quality at every stage of preparation, taking corrective actions when necessary. Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet Happy Eats' high standards.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow chefs, kitchen staff, and management to create a positive and efficient working environment. Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

7. Customer Satisfaction: Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering delicious and authentic Chinese dishes. Address customer feedback in a constructive manner.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Chinese Cook or similar role, with a focus on preparing a variety of Chinese dishes.

2. Deep understanding of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
