Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Chinese Commi-1. The Chinese Commi-1 will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, cooking Chinese cuisines, and enhancing culinary skills. Daily tasks include assisting the chef, preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen area.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills in Chinese cuisines , Momo and general Cooking
• Food Preparation and Hygiene maintenance skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Relevant certifications in culinary arts or a related field are a plus
