Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Commi-1 located in New Delhi. The Chinese Commi-1 will be responsible for food preparation, cooking various Chinese dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen. The role also involves assisting the head chef, managing ingredients, and ensuring the quality and taste of food being served.

• Understanding of Hygiene standards
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
