1. Chimney Service Technician / Chimney Service Engineer

Job Title: Chimney Service Technician

Department: Service & Maintenance

Reports To: Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:

The Chimney Service Technician is responsible for installing, cleaning, servicing, and repairing kitchen chimneys. The role ensures that all chimneys function safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure kitchen chimneys at customer sites.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of chimneys, filters, and ducts.

Diagnose and repair technical issues such as motor, fan, or electrical faults.

Inspect installations for safety and performance compliance.

Educate customers on chimney operation and maintenance.

Maintain service records and report daily activities.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.

Follow company safety and quality standards during all service calls.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in chimney or kitchen appliance servicing.

Knowledge of electrical wiring, ventilation systems, and appliance troubleshooting.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day.

2. Water Purifier Service Technician / RO Service Engineer

Job Title: Water Purifier Service Technician

Department: Service & Maintenance

Reports To: Manager / Area Service In-charge

Job Summary:

The Water Purifier Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water purifiers (RO/UV/UF systems) at customer sites, ensuring safe and efficient water purification.

Key Responsibilities:

Install new RO/UV/UF water purifier systems as per company guidelines.

Perform routine maintenance such as filter replacements, cleaning, and performance checks.

Diagnose and repair faults in RO membranes, motors, and other components.

Provide on-site demonstrations and explain usage and maintenance tips to customers.

Maintain accurate service records and submit service reports on time.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company service standards.

Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and customer retention efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical field.

1–3 years of experience in RO or water purifier service.

Knowledge of water filtration systems and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
