Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Associate to promote modular kitchen and interior design services. The role involves extensive fieldwork, lead generation, client visits, and coordination with the design and sales teams. This position requires 100% travelling using a personal two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential areas, apartments, builders, and commercial locations to generate leads.
• Promote modular kitchen and interior design services through field marketing activities.
• Coordinate with channel partners, architects, builders, and brokers.
• Conduct product awareness and brand promotion activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and schedule design consultations.
• Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking.
• Support sales closures by coordinating with the design team.
• Meet monthly and quarterly marketing targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any H.S Pass /Graduate / Diploma Holder (Marketing or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or sales (interiors preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good local area knowledge.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Mandatory Requirements

• 100% travelling ability to other states as well.
• Personal bike with valid driving license.
• Willingness to work in field-based, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in interior design, modular kitchen, or real estate marketing.
• Ability to build strong local networks.
• Basic understanding of interior products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
