Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy, product architecture, and technical delivery across various client projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep-seated enthusiasm for leveraging modern technologies and AI to solve intricate business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and executing the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives, leading engineering and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions, overseeing the development of AI-powered web and mobile apps, building a proficient tech team, and ensuring operational policies are in line with strategic goals. This role falls under the designation of CTO / Head - Tech Support in the IT Services & Consulting industry. You will be responsible for the IT & Information Security department on a full-time, permanent basis within the Technology / IT category. Ideal qualifications for this position include a B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization at the undergraduate level and an MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization or M.Tech in Any Specialization at the postgraduate level. Preferred experience involves scaling teams in high-growth environments, developing AI-driven digital products, leading development for B2B SaaS or enterprise applications. Your expertise in the following tech stack will be instrumental: Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure. DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions. CI/CD Pipelines: GitLab CI/CD. Backend / BD Development: Python, Java, Node.js, PHP. Microservices Architecture: Docker, Kubernetes. Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL. Frontend Development: JavaScript, TypeScript. Frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js. UI Libraries: Material-UI, TailwindCSS. API Development: REST, GraphQL. API Management: Postman.
