Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Ahmedabad. The CTO will oversee the company's technological direction and operations, ensuring that IT strategies align with business goals. Daily responsibilities include managing software development, leading product development initiatives, designing scalable and efficient system architectures, and overseeing IT projects. Additionally, the CTO will work closely with other departments to drive innovation and maintain the brand's competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development to create and enhance innovative technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in Project Management and IT Strategy to oversee technology-related initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• In-depth understanding of system Architecture and technology innovation to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
• Leadership and team management skills to guide technical teams and foster collaboration.
• Proven ability to adapt to industry trends and ensure alignment between technological advances and business needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership role with a strong track record of successfully managing technical teams and projects.
