We are now launching a new end-to-end IT Consulting firm from scratch, focused on the North American market, and seeking a CTO or equivalent technology leader to help shape and scale this new venture.

Who You Are

You're either a seasoned CTO or a technology leader with strong consulting experience someone whos been operating like a CTO without the title. You bring hands-on knowledge and business acumen, and you're looking for an entrepreneurial leap. You thrive in ambiguity, can wear multiple hats, and want to build something meaningful with direct influence on strategy, delivery, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and evolve the technology vision, service offerings, and consulting practice.
• Lead discovery calls with prospects; design solution approaches and contribute to pricing/estimation strategies.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends (AI, RPA, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc.) for incorporation into service portfolio.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and recommend relevant partnerships/tools.

Client & Delivery Engagement

• Lead pre-sales technical discussions, proposal preparation, and solution presentations.
• Oversee project delivery quality agile planning, team structure, risk management, and escalation handling
• Ensure effective client communication and relationship management.

Team Building & Operations

• Hire, mentor, and grow technical and delivery teams.
• Create reusable delivery frameworks, SOPs, templates, and training programs.
• Collaborate with founders to shape internal operations, tools, and practices.
• Help set up internal DevOps, infrastructure, and IT support functions.

Business & Sales Support

• Work with sales/marketing teams to refine GTM strategy, case studies, and capabilities deck.
• Suggest industry-specific offerings based on market analysis and trends.
• Contribute to RFP responses and client onboarding documentation.

Hands-On Contribution

• Be willing to step in hands-on (architecture, code, or solutioning) when required in early phases.
• Help drive early project wins by directly contributing to pilot/demos or proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in IT services or consulting companies.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, and delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of full tech stack: infrastructure, cloud, application development, DevOps, automation, and AI/ML trends.
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, AWS, Salesforce, UiPath, etc. is a plus.
• Experience in both enterprise-scale and SME-scale IT solutions.
• Proven experience hiring and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage clients at both CXO and technical levels.
• Experience working with North American clients or projects is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to work in a startup-like, agile environment.
