Job Description

Work with global suppliers (e.g., Chinese/Japanese/Korean cell and inverter manufacturers) to align on product standards and integration. Define and lead the company’s technical roadmap for battery pack design, BMS, container integration, and EMS. Required Candidate profile Min 5+ years of relevant experience in high voltage BESS or EV battery systems. (Deep knowledge of battery pack design, BMS, thermal management, and energy management systems.
