Chief Site Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Site Engineer (Civil) to lead and manage the end-to-end

execution of large-scale industrial & logistics projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in civil construction, site management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, capable of independently managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete civil construction activities for commercial and industrial building projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
• Lead site teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal design teams to resolve site-related issues and design discrepancies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost control efficiently.
• Review and approve work measurements, bills, and site documentation.
• Conduct regular project reviews and present progress reports to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 25 years of experience in civil construction, with proven ability to independently manage commercial building or infrastructure projects (e.g., malls, office complexes, industrial parks, metro facilities, etc.).
• Strong expertise in RCC, structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of construction codes, contract management, and quality control procedures.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
