Key Responsibilities: Lead, plan, and execute multiple residential and layout development projects from inception to completion. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and material requirements. Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress and material delivery. Oversee structural, finishing, and MEP works for quality assurance and technical accuracy. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to maintain smooth communication and approvals. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance including: RERA Registration & Compliance Building Plan Sanction & Approval Environmental, Fire & Water NOCs Layout & Plot Approval Clubhouse and Common Amenities Approvals Implement safety protocols, environmental regulations, and site risk management procedures. Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 20 years of experience in civil construction or real estate projects. Proven track record in plot development, apartment, and villa projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and modern project management practices. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple teams and large-scale residential projects independently. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and other project management tools preferred.
