Required Chief Security Officer

The duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Ensure the safety and security of the Factory Site, Personnel, Property, and Data
Develop and implement security policies and procedures as per prescribed security manual of MHA
Constantly upgrade procedures as per notifications
Liaison with Local & Central Law Enforcement Agencies
Liaison with Local Administration for smooth movement of goods & operations
Fire Fighting & Evacuation Protocols
Well versed with Safe Weapons Handling
Emergency response planning
General Administration
Factory Operations & Resource Planning

Preferred Candidate Experience:

Retired Ex Service Officers (Any Branch) / Retired Police/Paramilitary Officers /Officers Retiring from Short Service Commission Role & responsibilities
