Should have hands on experience with either PC-DMIS, Calypso or MCOSMOS Key Responsibilities: Operate and program CMM machines for accurate part inspection and measurement. Offline Programming experience in DMIS Perform regular calibration of CMM machines to maintain accuracy and precision. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models for measurement and analysis. Conduct first article inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection of machined parts. Identify and report deviations from specifications and recommend corrective actions. Maintain records of calibration, inspection results, and compliance documentation. Work closely with production teams, and design engineers to ensure product conformance. Troubleshoot CMM-related issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs if needed. Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other relevant industry standards. Train and mentor junior technicians on CMM operations and best practices.
