POSTION IS BASED IN MUZZAFARNAGAR UP

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Setting up 5th axis CNC machine, including loading tooling, setting offsets, and ensuring proper machine operation.

2. Interprets engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements for 5-axis CNC machines.

3. Identifying and resolving issues with machine operation, tooling, or programming.

4. Maintaining records of production data, inspection results, and machine maintenance.

5. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, including 3D models and GD&T parameters.

6. Knowledge of tooling, tool setting, and fixturing techniques for 5-axis machining.

7. Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools, identifying defects, and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

8. Extensive Experience with FANUC control system

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, Fanuc,).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of tooling and fixturing for 5-axis machining.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices.

  Role & responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in high-precision machining or batch production.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming.

Diploma Mechanical or ITI Machinist Trade.
