Role & responsibilities:-
Supervise and manage the complete security setup of the hospital premises.
Lead, train, and monitor security supervisors and guards across all shifts.Ensure safety of patients, staff, and visitors through proper surveillance and access control.Conduct regular security audits, patrols, and surprise checks.Maintain and operate CCTV and other electronic surveillance systems.Handle emergency response and crisis management effectively.Liaise with local authorities and law enforcement agencies as required.Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of the security staff.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
