Job Description

Provide overall leadership and supervision on-site for the execution of rail/metro projects, with special emphasis on urban rail transit systems.
Oversee project construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Coordinate, guide, and manage multidisciplinary site teams, including contractors, consultants, and sub-consultants.
Monitor day-to-day progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for timely project delivery.
Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and quality assurance/quality control processes.
Manage stakeholder communication, including project authorities, contractors, and local agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Resolve complex technical and construction challenges as they arise on site.
Ensure implementation of environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout construction.
Prepare, review, and submit regular progress reports and site documentation to project management and the client.
Mentor and develop junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in urban rail-based passenger carrying systems.
Strong knowledge of railways, metro, and public transport.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
