As the Chief Relationship Manager for the Maturity Vertical, your primary focus will be on customer retention and developing new business opportunities for Federal Bank's maturity customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers - Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Your role will also involve designing and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and customer retention objectives.
