Job Title: Chief Product / Strategy Officer Experience: 20+ years in Strategy, Product Development, or Marketing in a Bank/Financial Organization Qualification: Post Graduation / MBA Location: On-site, Full-time The Chief Product / Strategy Officer will lead the organization's product vision, strategy, and execution, driving innovation and business expansion. This role involves identifying market opportunities, conceptualizing and launching new products, optimizing existing offerings, and developing high-impact marketing strategies. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape the organizations growth trajectory and enhance its competitive position in the financial markets. Key Responsibilities A Chief Product Strategy Officer, will be focusing on product strategy, product development, and marketing. The role involves product delivery, oversight, and marketing, combining product strategy and marketing responsibilities. Conceptualization and implementation of a growth strategy for enhancing products and services and scaling specific product lines. Identification of right opportunities for expanding OUR CLIENTs business activities based on deep understanding of OUR CLIENTs products and offerings, regulatory framework and global market scenario. Take complete ownership of initiatives ranging from identification of a product need to development & marketing of the same and act as the primary decision maker at each stage. Build and lead internal project teams for launch/ re-engineering of products and marketing activities based on current performance data, member/customer feedback, etc. Demonstrate cross-functional leadership by working closely with product and operations teams to create a shared understanding of new product needs, marketing strategy and implement growth initiatives. Drive initiatives towards digital and non-digital marketing; branding and positioning; social media and corporate communication. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Enter into innovative partnerships and corporate collaborations to enhance business reach. Establish and track metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing and strategic initiatives. Be a Change Agent to foster a result-driven culture that uses agile ways of working and embraces innovation. Introduce an outside-in or modernized way of thinking, leading to dynamic and sustained organizational effectiveness. Experience, Skill & Competencies: knowledge of fixed-income products, such as government securities, bonds, and market products. The role requires experience in product development and valuation, not in operations (e.g., derivative or forex operations). Experience in leading Strategy & Marketing teams in a financial sector organization/banks In-depth understanding of OUR CLIENTs products and line of business Expertise in developing marketing and business development strategy; measures of marketing effectiveness Strong persuasive skills; ability to gain consensus through influence and negotiation Flexibility and adaptability Ability to seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stake holders. Proven leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Problem solving skills, Analytical and Critical Thinking ability. Change Management Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges Project management including knowledge of project/ transition management softwares. Any other requirement: On site, full time opportunity with no hybrid working Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of OUR CLIENT products and understand money market, forex, and derivatives, government securities in depth, prior to joining.
