Chief Operational Officer

As a candidate for the BlackBeltHelp position in Gurugram, Haryana, India, your primary responsibilities and duties will include: Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to BlackBeltHelp, ensuring high standards for products and services. Creating a motivating team atmosphere with open communication, monitoring team participation in training, and fostering a corporate culture of ethical practices and individual accountability. Moreover, you will oversee operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission, improve management reporting, information flow, business processes, and organizational planning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage BlackBeltHelp within established parameters - Ensure high standards for products and services - Create an inspiring team environment with open communication - Monitor team members" participation in training - Foster a corporate culture of ethical practices and individual accountability - Improve operational systems, processes, and policies - Manage and enhance the effectiveness of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance) - Oversee financial management, planning, systems, and controls - Interview, hire, and train employees - Develop tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and key account metrics - Manage P/L for the company and conduct monthly meetings with the board Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Master's Degree preferred - Proven track record of Operations in a fast-scaling technology company, with cloud-based SaaS experience - 10+ years of leadership experience - Ability to lead the company through the transition from early stage to mature stage - Experience building teams from scratch or scaling organizations - Strong problem-solving and creative skills, sound judgment, and timely decision-making abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to present information effectively, and respond to questions from clients - Strong PC and business systems knowledge - Skills in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), English, Leadership, Analytical Skills, Team Building, Project Management, etc. The company operates in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry, with a focus on Software Development.
