The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic enabler and operational anchor for the Partner overseeing multiple large accounts in the life sciences sector. This role demands a high-performing individual who can manage tactical execution across business operations, client delivery, internal coordination, and strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplierensuring the Partner’s time is focused on high-impact activities while driving accountability and excellence across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor and proxy for the Partner in internal and external forums.
Drive execution of strategic priorities across accounts, including transformation programs, client growth initiatives, and internal capability building.
Track and report progress against quarterly goals, OKRs, and account-level KPIs.
Attend internal and client meetings on behalf of the Partner; capture and circulate MoMs, action items, and follow-ups.
Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and pre-reads for key meetings.
Ensure timely closure of action items and follow-through across stakeholders.
Liaise with external vendors for resourcing, contracting, and onboarding.
Manage third-party relationships including legal, procurement, and compliance coordination.
Partner with HR to manage hiring pipelines, interview coordination, and onboarding for critical roles.
Track staffing plans, utilization, and bench management across accounts.
Support performance reviews, promotions, and retention strategies.
