The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from a top-tier institution, possess 5-10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups with exposure to CXO-level problem-solving, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibit high emotional intelligence, embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, be a strategic thinker with robust analytical skills, and have the ability to lead strategic initiatives from inception to completion. As part of our team, you will collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic clarity and execution throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the CEO's office to ensure efficient decision-making and initiative implementation, spearheading high-impact cross-functional projects, establishing processes and structures to facilitate scalability, enhancing the CEO's leadership effectiveness, and upholding a culture of integrity, ownership, and excellence across all endeavors.
