This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and shaping the next decade of Quantilityy.AI’s journey. This is not just a role—it’s an entry point into the co-founder track , with compensation structured as equity ownership and large incentive payouts directly tied to revenue generated. People who want to play at the intersection of consulting, AI, and entrepreneurship. Graduate from a top-tier institution . 5–10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups with exposure to CXO-level problem-solving. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence. Entrepreneurial mindset : thrives in ambiguity, hustles to solve problems, thinks like an owner. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Excel, dashboards, financial models). Ability to design, drive, and execute strategic initiatives end-to-end. What We Expect From You Partner with the CEO to drive strategic clarity and execution across the organization. Manage the CEO’s office to ensure decisions and initiatives are actioned effectively. Own and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that don’t fit neatly into one function. Help build processes, governance, and structures that enable scale. Act as a force multiplier for the CEO , amplifying leadership effectiveness. Be a culture carrier—ensuring integrity, ownership, and excellence across everything you touch. Why us?
