As an Advanced AI Engineer at Quantilityy AI, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and scaling of AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly influence our core products and client solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights. Working closely with founders, product leaders, and global clients, you will translate business requirements into transformative AI products. Additionally, you will drive the full AI lifecycle from ideation to design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration. Furthermore, mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence will be an essential part of your role. You will also be encouraged to push the boundaries of AI by experimenting with new methodologies, tools, and architectures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases. - Translate business requirements into transformative AI products. - Drive the full AI lifecycle from ideation to iteration. - Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation and technical excellence. - Experiment with new methodologies, tools, and architectures in AI. **Must-Have:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects. - Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing. - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks. - Strong problem-solving and system design skills. **Nice-to-Have:** - Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML, EE, or related disciplines. - Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions. - Understanding of Generative AI, conversational AI, reinforcement learning. - Proven track record of leading teams/projects in a fast-paced environment. - Prior startup or co-founder experience is a plus. **Who We're Looking For:** - Builders at heart who strive to create world-class AI products. - Ownership mindset to shape code, culture, strategy, and client impact. - Passion for impact and reshaping industries with AI. - Agility and hunger to iterate fast and scale big.
