At SpotDraft, we are dedicated to simplifying the contract management process for high-growth companies like PhonePe, Chargebee, Unacademy, Meesho, and Cred. Our innovative platform not only makes contracting fast and easy but also stress-free. We understand that time is money, and our goal is to help legal teams save 10 hours a week and close deals 25% faster. As a Strategic Planning & Execution leader, you will collaborate with the VP to define, implement, and monitor organization-wide strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in leading quarterly and annual planning processes and translating them into actionable plans. Tracking KPIs and team performance through dashboards and structured review mechanisms will be a crucial aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include owning the operating rhythm of the Customer Success (CS) team, managing OKRs, reviews, and forecasts. You will act as a bridge between the CS team and cross-functional partners such as Sales, Product, and RevOps. Additionally, you will represent the VP in internal meetings and drive follow-ups across teams. In terms of Project Incubation & Special Initiatives, you will be tasked with identifying and nurturing ideas that have the potential to evolve into impactful programs. Launching MVPs and spearheading special projects aligned with CS org priorities will be part of your portfolio. Furthermore, you will develop business cases for new ideas, process enhancements, and customer-centric endeavors. Your role will also involve equipping the CS team with tools, automations, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality. You will promote internal adoption of AI, workflows, and automation tools while establishing documentation, systems, and playbooks for long-term scalability. We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or customer-facing role within SaaS or high-growth startups. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate strategy decks, spreadsheets, and customer interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving, familiarity with CS metrics, customer journeys, and revenue drivers are key qualifications. An MBA is desirable but not mandatory; we value curiosity and execution above all.
