Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff, located in Lucknow. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and resources, supporting strategic initiatives, and serving as a key advisor to senior management. This role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflows, and facilitating communication across the organization.

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Chiefs of Staff work closely with the executive to develop and implement strategic plans, translating the organization's vision into actionable goals and measurable results. 

• Operational Management:

• They oversee key initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure efficient processes across the organization. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• They facilitate collaboration between different departments and teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated efforts. 
• Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and Director regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning

Qualifications

• 15+ or more years of experience in a business management or executive role
• Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
