Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless data flows across applications, supporting business objectives and optimizing operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating, testing, and deploying robust data integration workflows on the SnapLogic platform to connect on-premise and cloud applications. By building optimized data pipelines, you will enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability to effectively handle large data volumes. In case of integration issues, you will be required to identify and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Business Operations will be essential to ensure that solutions align with business needs. Maintaining thorough documentation for each integration pipeline, including configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides, will be part of your responsibilities. Adhering to data security protocols and governance standards to ensure compliance in data handling and integration processes will be crucial. Staying updated with SnapLogic platform advancements, best practices, and integration trends will be necessary, and you will be expected to actively contribute to team improvements in these areas. Furthermore, you will design and implement reusable components and templates to streamline integration processes and improve delivery time. Providing technical guidance to junior team members by sharing knowledge on best practices and SnapLogic features will also be an essential aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you will need at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a SnapLogic Developer or in a similar role involving data integration. Proficiency in SnapLogic Snaps, pipelines, data transformation, error handling, and API integrations is a must. Additionally, you should have expertise in data integration, ETL, API management, and message queues, along with knowledge of SQL, database management, and programming skills in languages such as JavaScript or Python. An eye for detail in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues, as well as familiarity with data security practices and compliance in integration processes, will be crucial. Preferred qualifications include a SnapLogic Certification, experience with other iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data services, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deployment automation.
