Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff with strong expertise in construction operations and civil works to directly support the Chairman and ensure smooth execution of all business functions. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex operations, overseeing construction activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction & Facility Management

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction operations across all ongoing projects.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee work quality, assess progress, and resolve issues.
  • Review and approve project plans, schedules, and work specifications.

• Strategic & Business Operations

  • Provide operational support to the Chairman by preparing reports, project progress updates, and key insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct market studies to evaluate new project opportunities and land bank management.
  • Manage coordination with the legal team, government authorities, and external stakeholders for approvals and compliance.

• Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate across Facility, Design, Marketing, and Project teams to align organizational goals.
  • Manage Owners Association, vendors, and client relationships.
  • Handle asset management and ensure smooth resolution of daily complaints.

• Leadership & Execution

  • Drive operational efficiency across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards.
  • Lead critical projects directly under the Chairman’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in construction operations, civil works, or real estate.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: ₹15,412.41 – ₹40,000.00 per month
