About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Chief of Staff to support the Managing Director in leading financial and strategic ini a ves across the organiza on. This role demands strong financial acumen, excep onal analy cal skills, and the ability to drive execu on in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibili es:

• Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the MD, helping shape and execute key business strategies.
• Lead and oversee financial modelling for business planning, valua on, and scenario analysis.
• Support the MD in Mergers & Acquisi ons (M&A) ini a ves, including deal evalua on, due diligence, structuring, and integra on.
• Manage rela onships with external stakeholders including investors, advisors, and financial ins tu ons.
• Drive fund management ac vi es, ensuring op mal capital alloca on and financial health of the organiza on.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and capital raising ini a ves.
• Coordinate cross-func onal projects and ensure alignment with strategic priori es.
• Prepare high-impact presenta ons, reports, and board materials for internal and external use.
• Provide analy cal support and data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Qualifica ons & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifica on is mandatory.
• Should have good experience working as a COS in corporate.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, M&A, fund management, and financial strategy.
• 48 years of total experience in finance, strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communica on, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with high ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
