Job Description :

Should have good experiences in Chief of Staff role and need to assist MD and CFO/CEO

Profile : A high performing individual (female/Male) with expertise in
high-level coordination with internal and external partners /stakeholders . Analytical and data management experience is a must. Mustbe able to prepare leadership dashboards and board level updates. Atrusted advisor, and key point contact for all corporate matters. Aneffective communicator with excellent written and oral communication.Keenness to collaborate

Experience : A minimum of 7 years in similar roles in mid-sized
Corporate.

What you will learn : The MD is an experienced banker, Private Equity
and Real Estate leader. The Chief of Staff would get a lot of exposurein management, finance, real estate and banking . The best part is thatthe MD shall personally mentor the person to make the learning two-ways.

Degree : Masters Degree in Business ( MBA or equivalent )
