This is a senior leadership role , ideal for a dynamic professional who has deep experience in operations, brand management, new business initiatives, and strategic planning—while managing a team of high-performing staff across verticals. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier to the Directors—steering critical projects, owning the operating rhythm, managing the leadership office, and ensuring that strategic goals are effectively executed across departments. You will also lead a team of staff members to drive organizational impact across initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the Directors. Required Qualifications 15–16 years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles involving brand, operations, and strategic execution. Strong exposure to scaling organizations, preferably in high-growth consumer, digital, or retail sectors. Proven track record in P&L ownership, leadership hiring, and driving execution across functions. MBA from IIM/ISB or an equivalent top-tier institution (mandatory). Strong leadership presence with experience interfacing with boards and C-suite stakeholders. Excellent communication, business judgment, and team management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in founder’s office, business operations, or leadership team roles. Understanding of digital transformation, D2C models, or customer lifecycle strategies.
