Job Description

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operations, business performance, sales efficiency, and cross-team execution across a marketing company.

You will act as the Founder's right hand and manage company-wide operations, strategy, sales support, projects, people governance, communication and daily performance tracking.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a COO / business leader role in the next phase of their career.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead and scale:

Operations

Build and implement SOPs & processes across departments

Improve delivery timelines, resource management & quality control

Automate recurring tasks and reporting workflows

Sales & Revenue Support

Track pipeline, proposals, conversions & client success

Enable the sales team with data, follow-ups and structured reporting

Business Strategy & Execution

Run strategic initiatives, high-priority projects & performance reviews

Convert business plans into execution roadmaps

People & Culture

Monitor KRAs, hiring efficiency, onboarding & team communication

Founders Office & Governance

Prioritize tasks, follow-ups, operations calendar and execution discipline

Maintain daily performance hygiene (aka rooster management internal operations calendar)
