5. Recruiting, training and coaching the team, providing ongoing support and creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration. - No of trainings held
6. Responsible for implementing loyalty programmes in the organization to increase revenue - Conversion ratio of new customers
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies. This includes sharing market insights, customer feedback and other relevant information to support organisational goals. - a. Frequency of discussions with CFTs, b. 8. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results. - Profitability ratios
