Chief Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Manager who can lead from the front, build a winning culture, and drive results across two massive e-commerce platforms — each with 50,000+ products.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just “manage” but builds, drives, and pushes a top-tier marketing team to win across every channel: Meta, Google, TikTok, SMS, email, SEO, and CRO.

Your Mission

• Lead a team of Meta Ads Managers and channel experts with a clear mandate: performance and growth
• Set the strategy and execution roadmap across all marketing channels
• Build a team culture focused on ownership, intensity, and results
• Own the performance across:
• Meta (FB/IG) Ads (top priority)
• Google Ads & Shopping
• TikTok Ads
• Klaviyo email & SMS automation
• SEO/image optimization
• Landing page and CRO testing
• Build dashboards, lead daily standups, and push the team forward — no passengers

What You Bring

• 7+ years in eCommerce/DTC marketing, including Meta Ads team leadership
• Proven success scaling high-SKU brands (30K–50K+ products)
• A performance-driven mindset with deep channel expertise
• Experience managing high-budget Meta and Google campaigns
• Hands-on ability to push landing page optimisation, conversion tracking, audience segmentation
• Hunger to win. Relentless focus on growth. Strong leadership instincts.
