Chief Marketing Officer : Fintech Start-Up

CLIENT: Leading digital rewards ,loyalty programs and gifting co. specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.

• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

• Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

• Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

• Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, video, and other media

• SEO & Analytics: Manage and optimize online content for search engines, analyze web traffic, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Incumbent Profile:

• BE-MBA in Marketing,12 years of experience as a Lead – Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing or an equivalent senior marketing leadership role.

• Exposure to Gaming/Fintech/Loyalty Programs/CRM cos.

• Proficiency and knowledge of CRM tools.

Annual Compensation: 50-60 LPA
