• Key Responsibility :
• Lead our marketing strategy to hit growth, brand, and revenue goals. Research and understand the market: customer segments, competitors, trends, strengths & weaknesses. Use this to choose where to play and how. Prioritize marketing channels and investments
• Shape brand identity, messaging, and customer experience across all channels.Use customer feedback and data to see how the brand is perceived and adjust accordingly. Define or refine the brand’s core values, mission, personality → what you want customers to think & feel about the brand.
• Oversee digital, offline, and content‑marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign execution: ensure deadlines, budgets, resources are managed well.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth metrics. For retention: design programs that keep customers engaged: loyalty, newsletters, onboarding flows, reactivation campaigns. For growth: upselling / cross‑selling, expansion into new markets or customer segments, partnerships.
• Use data & analytics to track performance, ROI, and make decisions.
• Manage, mentor, and build a high‑impact marketing team. Hire the right people: specialists in content, digital marketing, brand, analytics etc. Define roles clearly. Set goals & KPIs for the team; provide coaching, feedback, training. Recognize good work; hold people accountable. Build culture: collaboration, continuous learning, innovation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years plus experience in senior marketing roles, with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving growth & executing marketing strategies (digital + traditional).
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics, ROI, customer data & market research.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage substantial budgets, lead cross‑functional teams, and adapt in fast‑paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
